The building carried a clean, modern geometry. The landscape needed to respect that clarity — not compete with it.

Along the foundation, the approach was deliberate and restrained. High-end Mexican pebbles created a quiet base, softening the structure without clutter. An exquisite Japanese maple set in a sugar kettle became the focal gesture — sculptural, contained, intentional.

The expression shifts at the street.

Where the architecture is controlled, the easement is kinetic. Ornamental grasses were layered in mass — movement against stillness, texture against masonry. Contrast and rhythm replace rigidity. The planting becomes a living edge, catching light, bending with wind, and pulling the eye across the frontage.

The result is balanced tension.
